Mumbai: Popular Bollywood actress Payal Rohatgi made headlines on both social media as well as print media for her most objectionable comments against Nehru-Gandhi family.

Subsequently, the Bundi Police in Rajasthan had booked the actress under the IT Act.

In Mumbai too complaint was filed by advocate Kashif Khan in the Metropolitan Magistrate Court for filing FIR against the actress.

Now in a new development, Criminal Revision Application was filed today, Tuesday 4th February 2020 in Dindoshi Court for challenging the lower court order for registering FIR against her.
