registers FIR against a society member in film city road for harassment of another society member
Mumbai: While the entire world is reeling through the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, Mumbai, the financial capital has emerged as an epicentre of COVID-19 and the pandemic crime goes unabated.
A discreditable incident took place in Goregaon ‘s Film City Road .
The Dindoshi Police has registered an harassment case against one Sharda Prasad Tiwari, a resident of Amijharna Society. Ironically, he has not been arrested as yet.
While speaking with ‘Hello Mumbai News ‘ over phone, the victim,Mr. Krishna Prasad, a resident of the Society , said , ” This incident took place on Sunday 19 April when I came to my society and tried to park my two wheeler . The accused Sharda Prasad Tiwari stopped me and prohibited me from parking my motor bike though I have an official parking allotment in the Society. He summoned other society members and created a furore on my parking issue.
Heated arguments ensued and Mr .Sharda Tiwari and his other colleagues resorted to abuse , assault me and my daughter and in the process I sustained injuries. My daughter was brutally beaten up by all accused after this alleged incident she got unconscious .I approached the Dindoshi Police who have registered and FIR against , the said Sharda Prasad Tiwari, Society Chairman , Thananjayan Jain, Chandra Mani and others under IPC section 354 , 323,324,144, 143, 147,149,but none have been arrested as yet for reasons best known to the Dindoshi Police.
Mr.Krishna Prasad further brought to notice that the prime accused in this case Sharda Prasad Tiwari is a habitual criminal and has criminal records in various police station and a terror among the local people.
When Hello Mumbai News placed this issue before the Senior Police Inspector of Police, Dindoshi Police Station, he ensured to take legal action very soon and all the accused will be arrested.
