Mumbai: Mumbai Kurar Police arrests.man for killing wife under IPC Section 302 and under various provisions of the Arms Act.
Mumbai: In a shocker, a 35-year-old woman Maya was allegedly killed by her husband Dinesh More who suspected her in having ex- maritial affair with his friend in Kurar Village, Malad (East).
Kurar Police arrested Dinesh More under IPC 302 and under various provisions of the Arms Act.
According to Senior Inspector Babasaheb Salunke of the Kurar Police Station, Dinesh had been suspecting Maya since the last 8-10 months of having maritial affair with one of his friends.
As per police officials, Dinesh lived with his wife at Siddheshwar Chawl in Kurar Village, Malad.
There has been regular quarrel between each other and on Wednesday when the neighbours overheard the quarrel started knocking on the door..But the noise sucdenly stopped coming from his house.
The neighbours then immediately informed the Kurar Police Station. When a team of Kurar Police reached Dinesh’s house and opened the door, they found his wife Maya lying in a pool of blood.
They found multiple injuries on her face and neck, apparently caused due to attack by a dagger which was found near her. She was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital where she was declared dead on arrival.
