
Mumbai. LSD in Mumbai is emerging as a popular Drug among youngsters and college students and is mostly imported illegally from European countries through Dark Web.
NCB have been continuously cracking down on Drug Traffickers and Drug Suppliers and have arrested several of them.
A new case that comes to light is of the Mumbai ACP’s son arrested by NCB Officials
after a raid of his Goregaon East residence on a tip off and seized drugs worth Rs 50 lakh under the supervision of Sameer Wankhede, IRS, Zonal Director, NCB
The 24-year-old accused is identified as Shreyas Kenjale, who resides with his parents in Goregaon (E).
The Drugs seized comprises
436 blots of LSD (a commercial quantity) and 300 gm of marijuana, collectively worth Rs 50 lakh
As per Sameer Wankhede, the accused was allegedly supplying drugs to a select group of people in Mumbai.
Further investigation is under
way.
