  The Covid-19 pandemic lockdown has taught people many things. It changed the entire lifestyle, nature and attitude.

Of all the things, the pandemic lockdown certainty impacted in the sex-starved people. They were left with no options but to go in for virtual sex.

Sexual texting, seeking sexual pleasures and became an order of the day.

The very nature and definition of conversations on dating apps brought about a sea-change. People started to seek deeper sexual conversations, instead of exchanging casual texts, given the anxiety and loneliness caused by the lockdown.

But as time passed, people adapted to their new reality. The lack of physical intimacy superseded the need to talk to someone for many single people.

Sexting too became a sort of routine affairs in the life of a person.

Even as the world gradually went into lockdown, the sale of condoms spiked since people found themselves quarantined with their partners.

There has been a significant increase in calls from people expressing sexual frustration since they’ve been in isolation.
