In total disregard to the two summons issued by the Mumbai Police to record her statement, Pooja Dadlani Manager to Bollywood Super Star Shah Rukh Khan has failed to appear before the Inquiry Team of Mumbai Police for questioning in the drugs on cruise case citing health reasons. There are 9 investigating allegations of extortion against Dadlani in the cruise drugs case.

Mumbai Police will be issuing her with the third summons with a condition that if she skips the third summons, course of action will be initiated against her for not appearing before the Mumbai Police Inquiry Team to record her statement as it is very vital in the case.
