The Naigaon Police have arrested Sagar Ramakant Joshi CMD of E- Biotorium Pvt Ltd,Mira Road, for allegedly raping and blackmailing his Company Employee.
According to Police Official, Sagar Ramakant Joshi befriended his female employee,a Single Mother.He served Cofee with sedatives, allegedly raped her and captured the act in a video Clip.He then blackmailed her in to having a physical relationship and raped her on several occasions.
Naigaon Police have booked Joshi under BNS Section 64(2),123,351(2) ,he was arrested on 17 September 2025 now he is Custody our investigation is underway”, Said Investigative Officer of the Case.
Sagar Ramakant Joshi is habitual offender, Earlier he was arrested in 2015 in similiar rape case in which he is on bail the case is pending at Dindoshi Court.
