The Sakinaka Police have arrested four more accused in a three month old case.During this raid Sakinaka Police in joint operation with Mysore Police busted a Drug factory and seized 188 Kg Mephadrone (a Syndicate drug) raw material worth Rs 390 Crore, the Police said on Monday.
While addressing the press conference Mr Datta Nalawde Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone 10 Confirmed,” While investigating an old case of MD manufacturing and distribution which is registered at Sakinaka Police station on 24 April 2025.they came across a list of new suspects.and during integration one of the arrested accused revealed about the Drug factory.Our team carried out a special operation in Mysore with the help of Karnataka Police and carried out a raid during raid we seized 188 kg mephadrone Worth Rs 390 Crore and arrested 4 accused.All accused native of Maharashtra and Gujarat.”.
Mr Datta Nalawde Deputy Commissioner of Police further states,its a big success for Mumbai Police our investigation is still underway and more accused may arrested soon.
” We have booked all accused unde NDPS Act we have busted this Inter State drug racket the credit goes to Sakinaka Police and the entire team, ” said Datta Nalawade
How this Drug Factory Racket Busted :
After the arrest of local Drug peddlers from Bandra during the investigation of the Case accused admitted their crime and informed the police about this Mysore Drug Factory Sakinaka Police formed the Special team and carried out this operation under the guidance of Mumbai Police Commissioner Deven Bharti, Additional Police Commissioner Western Region Mr Parmjeet Singh Dahiya and Datta Nalawde Deputy Commissioner of Police Zone 10 and senior police inspector of Sakinaka Police station .
