BJP Leader Ameet Satam, Corporator Sudha Singh Review Rain-Affected Areas in Andheri West
Mumbai: In response to the heavy rainfall affecting several parts of Andheri West, BJP Mumbai President and Andheri West MLA Ameet Satam conducted an on-site inspection of the waterlogged and rain-affected areas at Nehru Nagar, Gate No. 1, J.P. Road, Ward 69, on Saturday.
The inspection was carried out in the presence of BJP Municipal Corporator Sudha Singh, senior officials from the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC), and local BJP team members to assess the ground situation and ensure immediate civic action.

During the visit, the delegation reviewed waterlogging, drainage conditions, and the challenges being faced by local residents due to continuous heavy rainfall. Ameet Satam directed BMC officials to take prompt measures to improve drainage, clear blocked stormwater lines, and ensure that all necessary civic services remain operational to minimize inconvenience to citizens.

Corporator Sudha Singh interacted with residents, listened to their concerns, and assured them that the BJP leadership and BMC administration are working in close coordination to address all rain-related issues on priority. She emphasized that the safety and well-being of citizens remain the foremost priority and that continuous monitoring of vulnerable locations will continue throughout the monsoon season.

representatives in ensuring timely civic response and effective coordination with municipal authorities during the ongoing monsoon.
