Shabana Shaikh is the first woman in-charge officer in the history of the station where she had joined as a senior police inspector at Dongri police station.She was also the first Muslim woman to become a police officer from her district, Ahmednagar. She has served in the SB-I i.e. the special branch of the Mumbai Police as an inspector. She comes from a humble background however her parents ensured that their kids were educated. After her masters, she joined the police. She cracked the sub-inspector exam and pursued an LLB. She was felicitated by Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh for investigation and conviction in a case of Nagpada. She’s had a significant impact within her area of responsibility on mandated policing tasks.. Being a senior police inspector of Dongri police station she busted a big international Drug racket and dreaded kingpin of this racket.
Shabana Shaikh known for her good and supportive nature she has good network and know very well how to handle the criminals.Recently she honoured with award as best female police officer at the hands of Shivsena MLA Yamini Jadhav by Mumbai local Digital Media.
