Versova Tops in Suicide Cases in Mumbai
Stress, Depression, and Tension have become the common killers in Mumbai. Though Mumbai witnesses several cases of suicide but in the recent past, Versova has topped the list of suicide in Mumbai.

In yet another case of suicide, a young man Jitender Lalsingh Rao (36) committed suicide in his rented apartment at Sameer CHS Ltd. Seven Bungalows, Andheri West. On Tuesday, a friend of Jitender Lalsingh Rao visited his house but despite several knocking when Rao did not open the door, the friend suspected something fishy and alerted the police. When the police broke into the flat they were left shattered to find the Rao dead. His body was hanging from the hook of the ceiling fan. The body has been sent for post-mortem.

The deceased’s father Lalsingh, who lived in Malad completed police formalities. He told media that his son was a victim of mental trauma and depression hence he must have ended his life.

Mumbai celebrated Eid-E-Milad-un-Nabi with devotion and religious fervor. Each year on this occasion Eid-E-Milad-un-Nabi Juloos programme is held at Mohammad Ali Road in Mumbai. It is organized by Shri Iqbal Memon Officer, President Ekta Welfare Association. Along with Mumbai Police Commissioner, a team of senior police officers were also invited. Other eminent personalities invited included Shri Milind Deora Ji, former Member of Parliament, MLA Amin Patel, MLA Waris Pathan, and many other dignitaries.

During this celebration, the Mumbai Police Commissioner awarded Social activist and Congress leader Mudassar Patel with the ‘Best Social Activist Award’ for the second consecutive year! Elated at winning the award, Mudassar Patel told Hello Mumbai, “Alhamdulillah by the grace of Almighty Allah I have yet again been awarded ‘Best Social Activist Award’. It is a big honor to be felicitated by Shri Subodh Kumar Ji Mumbai Commissioner of Police, in presence of Shri Deven Bharti Joint Commissioner of Police (Land O) and Shri Praveen Padval Additional Commissioner of Police.”

Informing about the annual Eid-E-Milad-un-Nabi Juloos programme Mudassar Patel said, “This is the 99th year celebration of Eid-E-Milad-un-Nabi Juloos. In addition, for the past 23 consecutive years, we have been having a secular celebration of Eid –E-Milad with members from all religious communities participating and enjoying the festival. The idea is to keep the age-old legacy of Indian culture of brotherhood alive and retain communal harmony and maintain the social fabric of our cosmopolitan city.”

He added, “Through this program, we tried to send a strong message to the political leaders who are trying to divide communities into communal lines and disturb the peace of India before the coming Lok Sabha Election. However, at Eid-E-Milad-un-Nabi Juloos we urged the citizens to be united and I am sure they will remain united forever. Inshallah!”

Muslims across the city celebrated Eid-e-Milad also known as Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi` with Prayers, Preaching sessions and Processions. The festival marks the birthday of the founder of Islam, Prophet Mohammed.

Eminent NCP Chief Sharad Pawar along with top secular leaders across the state celebrated Eid-e-Milad at the historic Khilafat House in Mumbai. The celebration was attended by many famous leaders like MP Adv Majeed Memon, Congress MLA Amin Patel, Madhu Chauhan (Ex Congress MLA, and all Muslims and religious.

It may be noted Khilafat House has a historic importance, not just for the Independence of India but it played an important role at international pan-Islamism during World War I. Mahatma Gandhi united Muslims and supported the Khilafat cause at International level. Thus Gandhiji united Hindus and Muslims and launched his first Non-Cooperation Movement from Khilafat House in Bombay which ultimately won India Freedom.

Mumbai RPI (A) Employment Leadership Maharashtra General Secretary Navin Lade who recently won The World Records India Gold Medal, a Certificate and a Golden Frame Memento for his commendable war against Potholes in Mumbai has requested the BMC Commissioner to display the historic certificate on the wall of commissioner’s chamber.
Speaking to Hello Mumbai, Mr. Navin Lade said, “I have requested the Mumbai BMC Commissioner Ajoy Mehta to display the landmark certificate issued by World Record India on the wall of commissioner’s chamber. I have also mentioned that I am willing to pay the legal fees regarding the same!” He added, “I have submitted my written request to commissioner’s email Id ccrsdmp@gmail.com on 18th November 2018.”
It may be noted that to acquire the authentic ‘Data of Potholes on Mumbai Roads’ Mr. Lade started his campaign by uniting the people of Mumbai in his fight against the corrupt BMC. Mr. Lade launched his website mumbaipotholes.com and asked Mumbaikars to send the photograph of the potholes in their area which he uploaded on his website. He started this campaign on 17th July 2018 which soon became an instant success and Mumbaikars supported him in a big way by sending the photographs of the various potholes in every nook and corner of the city. The response was so fantastic that in just 38 days an authentic number of potholes in Mumbai were collected.
According to the study, Mumbai has 26, 934 potholes and the same figure is mentioned in World Records India.
Mr. Lade told Hello Mumbai, “Very soon this number will be registered in India Book too. Efforts are been taken by Golden Book to register the same in their book too! Though Guinness Book and Limca Book of record have rejected to register our efforts, once again the information has been sent across to Limca and Guinness Book to take the notice of the same (Via Email) and I am hopeful it will find a mention in these two books too!”
Mr. Lade has thanked the huge support of Mumbaikar for making his dream come true. “Even now the photographs are sent to mumbaipotholes.com by Mumbai residents. As of now the number of Pothole has reached 27,412. Though monsoon is over Mumbaikar continue to send pothole pictures daily. The number is increasing day by day,” informed Mr. Lade.

Dubai Police Issues Summon to Mumbai Builder Abdul Sattar Noble in Multi Crore Charity Scam

Usman Noble, Dubai Police after Abdul Sattar Noble in Multi-Crore Charity :
The Dubai Police who has arrested Mumbai’s famous Builder Abdul Sattar Noble’s son Usman Noble in Dubai in connection with Multi-Crore Charity Fraud has now issued summons to arrest Abdul Sattar Noble and his son Abdul Aziz Noble in Mumbai. However, in order to skip the arrest warrant, Abdul Sattar Noble has issued a false declaration that he is unwell and is admitted in Hospital in Mumbai.

In contrast highly reliable sources in Mumbai claim, Abdul Sattar Noble is deceiving the Dubai Police with fake medical reasons to avoid the inquiry. Sources claim that Abdul Sattar Noble is coolly residing at his posh residence at Mumbai’s high rise Godrej Planet, Tower 4 on 32 and Floor, at Byculla, South Mumbai. It may be noted that the Dubai police are investigating the Multi-Crore Charity Fraud but Abdul Sattar Noble is not coopering and is conning the Dubai police.

According to news reports from JINM (Jadid Inquilab News Mumbai) sources, it is alleged that eminent Mumbai Builder Sattar Noble’s son Usman Noble has siphoned more than 90% of charity funds donated by the affluent class of Dubai for the welfare of Indian Mumbai Muslims. During interrogation, Dubai police came to know about Abdul Sattar Noble and his son Abdul Aziz Noble in the crime. Hence it has summoned arrest warrant for the two to be arrested. But the duo is making fake reason to escape arrest.

It may be noted that each year the affluent class of Dubai donates huge money in the form of Zakat, Khairat, Sadaqah for the upliftment and wellbeing of the poor and underprivileged section of Indian Mumbai Muslims. But alas 90% of this fund is illegally used-up by the people who collect the charity and only 10% is passed to the poor and underprivileged Muslims in Mumbai. Recently the Dubai Police came to know about this ‘Multi-Crore Charity Fraud’ hence it laid a trap and arrested Usman Noble under the grave charges of unethical use of the charity money for personal use.

According to the sources, that like Usman Noble there are several Muslim builders in Mumbai who go to Dubai and beg for charity amount like Zakat, Khairat, Sadaqah. Later in Mumbai, these builders display themselves as Good Samaritan by donating 10% of the same charity collected from Dubai people.

5% Reservation for Muslim Community In Maharashtra – Abu Azmi : Muslim MLAs protested on the steps of Vidhan Bhavan demanding Muslim Reservation.

The winter session of Maharashtra Legislature began on Monday on a stormy note as MLA Abu Azmi, the opposition leader and Samajwadi Party State President along with MLA Mohammed Arif (Naseem) Khan, Congress leader, and several other Muslim MLAs protested on the steps of Vidhan Bhavan demanding 5% Reservation to the Muslim Community. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Abu Azmi said, “The Muslim community has played a lion’s share in the progress and development of India but alas today the Muslim community is being neglected and ignored.”

He informed, “The Sachar committee, Ranganath Misra Commission and the Mahmoodur Rahman Committee in their respective reports have brought to light the pathetic and pitiable condition of the Muslim Community. Hence all these Committees have recommended the reservation for Muslim Community in government jobs for their well being and improving their standard of living. However, it is deplorable that still, the government has not given any reservation to the Muslim Community.”

“Just as the government is pondering to give reservation to Maratha Samaj likewise even the Muslim Community must be given reservation,” purposed Abu Azmi. “He added, “The Muslim Community is no different from the Maratha Samaj. Even Muslim Community must get justice. We demand a minimum 5% Reservation for Muslim Community.”
