Khar Police Exposed 40 years old Forgey and Cheating Case ,registered an FIR against 9  persons from the Same family for allegedly forgery, beach of trust, cheating and Conspiracy.

On the basis of Complaint filed by Mrs Aisha Khalid Gorie grand daughter of Late Akbar Husain Mistry ,Khar Police booked total 9 accused,the accused identified as

3: Abdul khalique chavan
4: Zakir Hussain Ramzan Chavan
5: Jhangir Ramzan Chavan
6: Rizwan Ramzan Chavan
7: waseem Anwar Siddiqui
8: Md Usman Qureshi

9: Md Uman Md Qureshi

& Company name AH Mistry and Company’.

Police booked all accused under Section,420,405,406,463 465,467,468,471 and 12(B).But interestingly no arrest has made so far.

As per the FIr copy which is available with Hello Mumbai News the accused cheated and created forge signature of late Akbar Husain Mistry Partner of A.H Mistry & Company and got all benifits of the company after the death of Akbar Husain Mistry.

Complainant and Grand daughter of Late Akbar Husain Mistry asked the  Accused to show company asset details and her Shares  but they made false promises . Complainant found something suspicious she filled private Complaint under crpc,156 at Bandra Court no ,9 .After this plea Court passed the order to khar police station to file an FIR against the accused..

“After the Court order we began our investigation and during our investigation we found accused created forge signature and forge documents in the name of late Akbar Husain Mistry Partner of.A.H Mistry & Company we also verified signature from Signature expert and recorded more than seven persons statment regarding this case and then we registered an FIR against 9 accused,we have issued Notice to all of them and asked them to record their statment but they didn’t responded us our investigation is underway ‘, Said Police Officer of Khar Police Station.

While Speaking with Hello Mumbai News Shrirang Chintaman Investigation officer of the Case explained th fact of the Case,” Under the guidance of of our Senior police Inspector Sanjay Dhumal sir we have started investigation of this Case During our investigation We found accused used all forged documents in ROC and other government agencies and intentionally removed the name of legal heir,they transferred all properties of Late Akbar Mistry in their name without informing the legal heir and got all benefits, they didn’t gave their rights and shares.So we have booked them under various sections, Cheating, Forgery, Beach of Trust and Conspiracy.”
All forged documents are in police Custody that’s why we need Police Custody of all accused to know more about this Officer, added
