Mumbai: Interacting with Esha, Jyotsna explained how their party has been providing help to the people in her Ward No.219 amid COVID-19 nationwide lockdown..

The team members provided sanitization machines to all the slums and distributed 1200 food packets in the morning and 1000 at night to the slum dwellers and on the footpath including grocery kits to the residents of slum area under their ward.

This distribution was being carried out under the guidance of Lodha Foundation.

When Hello Mumbai News reporter Esha Pujari quizzed Jyotsna on her candid views on migrant workers, she said “it is profusely a pitiable plight to see people suffering by walking all the way to reach their home town.

Jyotsna further revealed that her party is trying their best to change the existing scenario bring about an ease for the people. Their party arranged a bus for the migrants which was well sanitized and also provided adequate food and water and other essentials to them to last till they reach their destination safely.

She further made it known that her Team are highly supportive and making all efforts to arrange for more facilities for the people.

Meanwhile she has a message for people – STAY HOME STAY SAFE and abide by the lock down rules and regulations . With this, the people will also need to change their life style then only our nation could move forward says Jyotsna.
